Description

As the Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Privacy Legal you will arrange travel, manage calendaring, and coordinate meetings as well as other responsibilities as detailed below: • Organizing complex domestic and international travel arrangements including passport and visa requirements. • Managing daily calendar, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based to last minute changes. • Coordinating meetings and calls across all levels of the organization. • Creating and submitting expense reports. • Coordinate and support team meetings, and conferences including registration for conferences. • Interface with a significant number of external stakeholders from the public and private sector including law firms, regulatory agencies, and other companies. • General administrative duties (office supplies, equipment, department mail, and software license orders). • Collaborate and assist with projects for department needs as part of a larger admin team.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
