Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Apple Retail is seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the strategic direction of Apple Store Online's (ASO) eCommerce initiatives across the EMEIA region (Europe, Middle East, India & Africa). In this role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing the online store EMEIA with a primary focus on revenue generation and performance management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Retail, you will drive the formulation and execution of country-specific plans to achieve our current and future business objectives. Your mission will be to consistently surpass customer expectations by overseeing all aspects of ASO's EMEIA performance, while also identifying and cultivating opportunities for sustainable partnerships and growth. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in delivering an unparalleled ownership experience for our customers while optimising the long-term success of our business in the region.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience directly leading and developing teams within large eCommerce organisations including managing senior managers.
  • Significant eCommerce, Retail and commercial experience in a complex regional or global capacity. Multi-channel retailer experience is a plus.
  • Extensive local knowledge of consumers online behaviour in mature and emerging markets (researching, purchasing, support, etc) in addition to the digital payments and fulfilment landscape.
  • Proven knowledge of the functions and levers associated with a digital Commerce business, including the ability to interpret and enable business insight.
  • Strategic leadership on Partnership roadmaps and major sales initiatives in collaboration with other Apple functions.
  • Develop strong collaboration within the Global Online functions to enable in-country success as the key point of contact for Apple in-region teams.
  • Exceptional storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment.

Description

Drives the EMEIA regional online performance, and is accountable for ASO revenue as well as the coordination of Apple Retail commercial strategies and plans for each country. You will be leading and delivering a best-in-class, customer focused digital commerce experience and go-to-market growth strategies. Partnering cross-functionally, you will collaborate with Apple Retail, Marcom, Product Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build effective and comprehensive growth plans. Cultivating an environment of collaboration and continuous learning; you'll also foster development, role model inclusive leadership behaviours to build, develop and retain diverse teams. *Critical areas of responsibility for this role include in-region site leadership, retail revenue management, product and country segments as well as promotions management across the in the region. *Evaluate emerging opportunities against financial objectives and brand fit, build business cases, as well as handle execution and optimisation. *Develop data-driven insights and recommendations, to influence cross-functional partners on new pportunities. *Continually benchmark other retailers, and be on top of forward-looking industry trends & consumer shopping behaviour. *Role models inclusive leadership behaviours and builds, develops and retains diverse teams. Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing related field or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
