As an Apple Shop Leader, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met. In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs, which will include evenings and weekends.

Description

In this role, you will: Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business. Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. Educate and encourage store team members to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio. Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups. Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will return to consult on future Apple purchases. Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store; this includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards. Provide daily care and inspection of the Apple Shop according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution. Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve Apple Shop performance, working together with partner store leadership to achieve and improve results and drive lasting impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Demonstrated ability to discover customers’ needs and values.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Solid relationship-building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
