The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Pardot and a proven track record in contact management and lead demand generation. As a Lead Generation Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing the Enterprise lead generation strategies, managing our Pardot instance, and ensuring effective contact management to drive high-quality leads and support our overall marketing goals.

Description

Pardot Management: Administer and optimize Pardot to ensure efficient lead generation processes. Create and manage marketing automation campaigns, including email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows. Monitor and analyze Pardot performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Pardot and its integration with other systems. Contact Management: Oversee and manage contact database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on contact management and lead follow-up strategies. Lead Generation: Analyze lead generation performance and adjust flow to improve conversion rates and ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that drive lead engagement. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and present regular reports on lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and Pardot analytics. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Track and report on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lead generation efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, marketing automation, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, contact management, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pardot certification or similar certification in marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment or with enterprise-level marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
