The Worldwide Developer Relations team is looking for a motivated App Store Review Specialist that demonstrates critical thinking, integrity and acute attention to detail. Your focus will be qualifying third-party applications to ensure safety for app users and a place for developers to thrive. Our work fuels the user and developer experiences across all Apple platforms globally.
Description
The guiding principle of the App Store is simple — we want to provide a safe experience for users to get apps and a great opportunity for all developers to be successful. We have updated the App Review Guidelines with that principle in mind.

- Through our training process, you will be an expert in understanding, supporting, and improving the App Review process.
- As a trained specialist, you will demonstrate excellence in determining whether apps are reliable, perform as expected, and are free of offensive material.
- You will screen every app assigned to you based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria.
- You will quickly scan app concepts and identify recent app updates changes to assess app complexity.
- You will work independently and as part of a team, and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
- You will communicate clearly and provide regular feedback to developers.
- You will collaborate with team members and share suggestions on business and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Language proficiency in English and Korean, as this role will frequently be supporting language-specific apps.

- Experience with content review or similar environment.
- Ability to identify changes to apps between submissions, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent judgment and integrity, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Ability to work quickly and proficiently under tight timelines, while prioritizing a full workload and delivering exceptional quality.
- Comfortable reviewing a consistently high volume of apps daily.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service, and having a positive attitude that is upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Apple platforms, and being committed to our vision to support the developer community.
