Description

We are looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Leader to spearhead our SAP transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving Learning & Development strategies, leading strategic communications, and managing leadership presentations and organization-wide communications to ensure seamless transitions during major SAP implementations. A critical part of this role includes providing thought leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership as we develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organizational needs of SAP teams, providing leadership with emerging SAP learning and development trends, driving best-practice adoption, and training content that remains current and relevant to industry trends. You will work with our SAP leaders to create individualized training roadmaps and integrate innovative learning technologies to enhance SAP team abilities. Other responsibilities include: - Lead change impact communications for major SAP transformations, including S/4HANA and cloud migrations. - Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies, including leadership meetings and broader engagement initiatives. - Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for process improvements and technology adoption in learning and development. - Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of learning and change management efforts. - Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, continuously assessing and enhancing change management and learning strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with SAP implementations and the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and cloud migrations, functional modules, development technologies, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing learning and development strategies for diverse technical teams, including familiarity with current trends, especially in technical skills and state-of-the-art learning technologies.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them to large-scale SAP transformations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
