Description
Our Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating internal meetings, events and shows for Apple employees across our Santa Clara campus, ranging from small and simple to large and complex. This is an employee-facing role with a cross-functional focus.

Essential Functions:
- Participate in initial client reservations
- Communicate all show-related information to production team
- Schedule crew for upcoming shows and continue monitoring schedule as shows are updated, modified and canceled
- Cross-reference crewing calendars to ensure accuracy with available crew and space resources
- Prepare event-specific documentation for operators to prepare for events, always ensuring details are accurate and up to date
- Proactively identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Coordinate with production team assets from customers have been requested and received prior to event day
- Facilitate appropriate review of work, technically and for staffing, before beginning production planning
- Maintain a database of event history, in order to provide proactive service for repeat clients
- Update and maintain the entry of event-related data for tracking and metrics
- Ability to exercise complete confidentiality on all business matters
- Supervisory Responsibilities: The Production Coordinator doesn’t have any direct reports
The noise level in the work environment is moderate or loud
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of production experience in a live broadcast production environment
- Knowledge of Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and iOS applications
- Flexibility to alternate across daytime, nighttime, or weekend hours as event schedules may vary
- Requires considerable use of your arms and legs, and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.
- Ability to work onsite, 5-days per week

- Experience with scheduling software applications
- Excellent computer skills-online document collaboration and WYSIWYG website curation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization skills; the ability to lead multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- High level of integrity and ability to be effective and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong time management skills
