Apple is looking for a Fab Operations Engineer to manage fab operations for the panel displays used in award-winning Apple products. This is an excellent opportunity to work on the forefront of panel development with an exemplary company consistently bringing innovations in the industry.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production running and improving operation flow for display development, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the production running and optimize the operations to boost the capacity and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of products and allocate resources in line with project goals
- Analyze and manage process quality abnormalities, and coordinate improvement actions with cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications
- MS or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus a minimum 2 years of work experience
- Experienced in TFT or Semiconductor fab
- Proven ability to improve capacity or operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Good at statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
