As part of our VLSI Product and Test group, you’ll support the development of VLSI products.
In the position you will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. You will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging.
- Background in product characterization, mixed-signal tests, production test programs, test hardware, and manufacturing test support is required.
- Background in yield improvement, silicon debugging, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.
