Apple Japan Channel Sales has been investing and driving businesses in the various market segments including Telco, Consumer, Enterprise and Education spaces through channel partners. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience and improve the owners of Apple Products & Service through this channel structure. Description
The person in this position will be engaged in the following activities;
Salers communications
⚫︎ Develop and deliver official communications that have a direct business impact with external reseller partners, customers and Apple, by ensuring the appropriateness of the communications from business and operational/legal perspectives working with cross-functional teams
⚫︎ Maintain, monitor and Improve sales portal to the next level to increase traffic and usage
⚫︎ Implementing sales communication strategy, including push communication, sales internal web and all aspects of sales communication
⚫︎ Collaborate with the global sales operations team for effective channel communication and program implementation
⚫︎ Coordinate schedules of sales program meetings
⚫︎ Help to coordinate sales events
Project support and data analysis
⚫︎ Support the rollout of various global projects to the region; project tasks which include planning, requirements, design review, testing, transition and followup
⚫︎ Support regional initiatives to address the local data analysis needs and support the decision makings by providing various insights
⚫︎ Scope of the projects and initiatives includes reporting and data analysis, sales program analysis, sales communication process management and CRM process management
Minimum Qualifications
- Extraordinary team-player, very detail oriented and capable of defining goals and meeting deadlines while keep fighting for excellence.
- High quality analytics and reporting skills including interpersonal communication and leadership presentation experience to support effective strategic business decisions.
- Prominent change management skills and ability to deal effectively with ambiguity or conflict of interest.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills (Japanese & English), including presenting to both local / international employees.

- Ability to maintain and develop relationships across a large virtual team
- English and Japanese fluency
