As an AIML Measurement Experience Researcher, you will design and lead methodologies to evaluate Siri’s performance from a human-centric lens. You will play a critical role in shaping how we measure, improve, and communicate the assistant’s user experience across accuracy, usability, trust, and satisfaction.
- Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in user research, behavioral data analysis, or experience evaluation for intelligent systems
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and data interpretation
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
- PhD in a relevant field such as HCI, Cognitive Science, or Behavioral Economics
- Familiarity with voice interfaces or intelligent assistant systems
- Experience using machine learning or statistical models to interpret user behavior
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with writing and managing bug reports (e.g., radars) in technical environments
