Description
Primary responsibilities include:
- Create and execute integrated strategies for space and labs that consider objectives of the organization.
- Partner with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute plans for securing and allocating space and labs to enable world-class work environments.
- Partner with key leaders in the organization, providing guidance and insight on space, real estate, labs, and business processes.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes.
- Develop and drive day-to-day initiative efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, and reporting.
- Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/A or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years or relevant work experience planning and delivering a range of engineering labs
- Comfortable communicating across teams and through sr. leadership
- Skilled balancing multiple time sensitive priorities against timelines
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of planning, delivery, and maintaining a portfolio of labs.
- Experience with complex, mixed use office and lab spaces.
- Ability to capture, assess, and advocate for core technical requirements.
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging.
- Well-organized, self-directed, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to discern and manage business requirements and projects with competing priorities.
- Strong interest in and ability to take on a range of efforts
