This role will partner with internal teams including finance, HR and operations to ensure that the Sales teams have the tools and information needed to achieve their goals and operational excellence in the areas of strategic planning, forecasting, sales compensation and systems & tools.

Description

- Design, build, facilitate and own the core sales processes needed to run the business including weekly forecast, pipeline management, deal registration tool, quota allocation, and business objectives. - Lead all aspects of channel management operations with B2B distributors in the region - Manage marketing and budget and operational needs to support business needs. - Use data and insights to provide business decision support for strategy, planning and sales operations. Create customer segmentation models, sales coverage/territory designs, sales compensation alignment, and programs to enable decision support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally requires 8+ years of experience leading sales planning and business operations, or similar experience in finance or analytics functions balancing between delivering short-term revenue goals while seeing around corners to enable future growth.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to build and implement complex business plans and strategies. Build effective sales forecasting processes, ensure pipeline velocity, and lead account planning and business reviews.
  • Proficient at distilling complex issues into actionable ideas, capacity to zero in on what is most impactful, and able to say no to good ideas so that we can do something great. This includes balancing changing priorities and fully utilizing tools, business metrics and sales processes to exceed business expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions. Ability to interpret financials to drive investment decisions within a company.
  • Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
