The Trust & Safety group plays a crucial role in protecting Apple services, customers, and developers from fraud and abuse. As a member of the solutions team, you will be responsible for building and supporting our Trust & Safety regulatory systems on a large scale at Apple.

Our capability to quickly build and deploy effective solutions is essential for meeting regulatory requirements and providing our users with a safe and secure platform to report malicious content. You will play a vital role in addressing the growing demands of regulatory obligations worldwide, ensuring that our organization remains compliant while developing a comprehensive and versatile solution. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE FOLLOWING Software Development and Maintenance: - Collaborate with the PM team to understand requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. - Integrate internal tools for enhanced operational efficiency. System Architecture and Infrastructure: - Design and maintain adaptable systems to accommodate regulatory changes. - Act as engineering point of contact for teams within Apple and outside - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance. Security Assurance: - Implement and manage system to uphold security standards. - Ensure software compliance with all audit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 or more years experience working on large-scale, enterprise applications on Java/Scala and related technologies
  • Experience in relational and non-relational database systems
  • Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate requirements analysis, articulate design and schedule trade-offs
  • MS or BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS in Computer Science or related field with 4 or more years of experience
  • Experience in building microservices or event-driven applications from the ground up.
