Finance Business Partner - SP&O / Wearables & Accessories
Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined - and now can’t imagine living without. If you’re motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job!
You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 150 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we bring value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the essential; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action. To do all of this you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion.
As the Finance Business Partner - Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O) / Wearables & Accessories, you will split your time between performing critical analysis supporting Apple’s point of sale investment strategy as well as helping to drive performance in Apple’s wearables and accessories businesses.
With new leadership on the SP&O team, sales finance is well placed to be a key business partner to this team, influencing and supporting the execution of Apple’s strategy in the fixtures, staffing & training areas of the EMEIA business as well as the overall process infrastructure for the sales team in EMEIA. You will achieve this via strong analysis at a detailed level using your knowledge of Apple’s systems and tools, bringing key messages and recommendations to a senior audience in both EMEIA and Worldwide.
You will also support the sales team driving growth in Apple’s wearables and accessories products in EMEIA. You will be expected to build robust commercial cases for growth initiatives with the team on products ranging from cables and power supplies to Apple Watch, Beats, AirPods and as it grows and potentially expands to broader routes to market, Apple Vision Pro. You will be part of devising the demand generation strategy for these products and advocating for their inclusion in pan-EMEIA activities where feasible. You will analyse performance and identify areas for potential improvement, making recommendations to a senior audience to help drive further growth.
In both areas of the role you will represent the central consumer finance team across the broader sales finance team and share findings in various forums.
