The Systems SME (Subject Matter Expert) & BPR (Business Process Reengineering) Analyst is responsible for a set of Systems used by the business and for running, enabling and implementing WW BPR projects. This includes an end to end activities from gathering requirements, review specifications, test functionalities, own the implementation, as well as handle change management together with the adoption within the region. The role will additionally launch, deploy and own specific regional initiatives and projects that you will lead on an ongoing basis and it is important to propose improvements based on the needs of the business. You have strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools that will allow you to demonstrate our Data Warehouse, providing transparency and data to our business as needed. It is also expected to become a guide on these systems and tools to be able to bring innovation and provide tangible benefits. You will report to the BPR manager for the region. Key Qualifications

  • You should have a minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in Systems Analysis, Project Management, Business Processes, and Data Management in order to lead and support a variety of initiatives either regional or linked to WW BPR.
  • KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Solid and advanced knowledge of Excel functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Objects & Tableau.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish required (Portuguese will be desired).
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal as well as via presentations).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to work in multiple initiatives with short and overlapping deadlines
  • Ambitious and self-starter, with an initiative to deliver results by working with minimal supervision.

Description

Key Accountabilities: - Maximize benefits of current Systems, minimizing troubleshooting times, including but not limited to: Leading day-to-day resolution of issues, ensure follow up with key constituencies, and performing escalations when necessary to expedite solutions to the business. - Identifying problems‘ patterns in order to develop solutions that could be leveraged across the region finding the problem’s root cause rather than a solution for that particular instance - Creating and maintaining track for past problems and issues found in the region. - Understanding the need for enhancements for our systems based on issues detected over time and the requirements from the business - Deliver ongoing training for our Tools and Solutions to minimize issues that are raised for a lack of understanding of the tools or their functionalities - Become and act as the Systems SME both within the ALAC region as well as with WW constituencies when applicable by Providing feedback and actively participating in any efforts to enable, troubleshoot and support the business in ALAC. - Participating in his/her own WW initiatives as required, representing the interests of the region. - Working with Country Sales teams & Regional Headquarters to coordinate and implement best practices for the business - Responsible to implement, run and manage BPR projects assigned to this role by​ Working from project launch all the way into implementation, change management and training as required. - Creating and delivering communications to our audiences that articulate the projects’ goals and the benefits that we bring to the organization - Developing materials to support change management and the implementation of our tools and solutions - Designing and delivering an ongoing training plan, keeping our audiences abreast of the tools’ capabilities (frequency depending on new releases and the identification of new users in the organization)

Education & Experience

Bachelors’ degree required. Engineering degree, Computer Science or MBA preferred. English and Spanish proficiency required.
