We’re looking for a dedicated Software QA and Automation Engineering Manager to lead the Camera Foundation Test Engineering team—a critical group responsible for the quality of all new camera features.
This is a dynamic leadership role that offers hands-on involvement in software development and quality assurance at the foundation level. You’ll have the opportunity to impact the design of new Camera features, their underlying APIs, and the velocity of product development—all while working alongside some of the most passionate and innovative minds in the industry.

- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology and processes.
- Persistent and inquisitive problem solver, committed to driving quality forward.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with passion for quality processes.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Established pattern of building strong teams – hiring, motivating, mentoring and retaining the best engineers.
- Experience with Python, Objective-C, and/or Swift programming languages (desired but not required)
- Experience building and maintaining test frameworks.
- Automation and tools development experience.
- Familiarity with SQA Methodologies and debugging skills.
- Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Clearly communicate while expertly driving multiple projects within a multi-functional team.
- Obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways.
- Camera experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
