Join the Apple Finance organization and make a positive impact on a company that is known for its impressive lineup of products, including iPhone, iPad, Portables and Desktops. The WW Product Cost group provides analytical support for critical cost data including standard and actual costs for Apple. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation of all component costs for the creation of finished goods purchase orders (POs). You will partner with multiple Global Supply Managers, Business Operations Team members, and Contract Manufacturers to consolidate the finished good costs each month. This role offers both internal and external exposure along with the opportunity to learn the products from the ground-up. This position will require a highly organized individual who can problem solve, balancing multiple deliverables while building strong working relationships with numerous teams. Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years business planning, operations and/or financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task with a certain level of ambiguity.
  • Highly organized and team oriented.
  • Driven individual who finds joy in the details.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Tableau, SAP and FileMaker experience is a plus.

Description

- Manage worldwide monthly purchase order costs, including analysis and commentary on cost variances. - Be responsible for updates to product Bill of Material (BOM), and coordination with external OEMs on costs. - Audit Purchase Price Variance claims from OEMs. - Drive improvements in execution to support a growing business and supply chain. - Deliver Ad Hoc Analysis and support for BizOps and broader Procurement Organization.

Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
