As part of the Benefits team, you will have the chance to put your talents to the test with a constantly changing environment and dynamic market need. You will be involved in process optimisation, data analytics, implementation of benefits policies and day-to-day benefits operations. This role works closely with the People team, Finance, Global Procurement, Legal, and all functions within the Benefits team.

Description

Employee experience is at the forefront of what we do on the Benefits team. In this role, you will need to be a person of high integrity and good judgment, who can work independently and with a broad team inside and outside Benefits, with the ability to timely address, advance and articulate items required to support benefit programs. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Responsible for the administration, analysis and management of employee benefits programs. - Managing benefit plan vendors across insured programs, pension plans and other benefits, driving efficiency and service expectations with focus on employee experience. - Monitor legislative updates and review or amend policies based on impact - Research and analyze healthcare, retirement, or leave data and trends to support decision making and plan design initiatives - Review and update benefits materials to ensure accuracy and completeness - Focus on improving and developing employee engagement in benefit programs - Handle technical employee escalations on benefit programs - Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements and innovations - Support implementation and update of new plans or plan changes

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a benefits or administrative support role
  • Technical skill and understanding of People data systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Analytical problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think analytically and strong at multi-tasking
  • Highly organised and great time management skills to meet frequent and aggressive deadlines.
  • Exceptionally diligent and detail oriented

  • Proficiency in any Asian languages and/or awareness of culture due to market coverage
