As a Telco Account Executive, your responsibility includes developing and growing Apple’s overall commercial relationship with the Telcos in your signed territory that resell Apple to end customers. To have a deep knowledge of the carrier business with the confirmed ability to maintain senior executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, navigate tier-one carrier interpersonal structures; understand distribution strategies; and identify and seize opportunities to deliver outcomes and results. We are looking for a detail-orientated professional and self-structured in the approach, with the ability to ban extraordinary partner at all levels. That has a proven presentation and partner management skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork. IN SUMMARY: - Submits of POS (Point of Sales) and regional bottoms-up forecast to the account executives - Identifies channel opportunities and bring them to the appropriate groups (training, sales ops, program Mgt. team, staffing, Marcom, sales ops, etc.) - Supports the deployment of all channel programs (training, merchandising, Apple staffing, partner staffing, etc.) - Ensures product exhibition and a consistent min weeks-of-supply at top POS at all SKUs - Ensures partner is timely and accurately reporting sales and inventory per POS every week
- Deep knowledge of the carrier business with the ability to build, develop and maintain C-level relationships, navigate all layers within carrier interpersonal structures, and understand their value strategies to consistently develop business.
- We need someone strong with analytical skills with a P&L attitude to analyze opportunities from many angles— both quantitative and qualitative and drive appropriate performance tracking and analysis.

Maintains a positive relationship with the reseller/carrier regional management and developing a focused and productive alliance with Apple. Builds strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the reseller’s store management and sales teams. Develops the tactical plans and activities that will result in the successful achievement of the reseller/carrier’s iPhone and/or iPad sell through targets. Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quotas and be a specialist in understanding and driving sales through the partner channels. Is aware of competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understands how to build and capitalize on opportunities. Increases penetration of the iPhone and/or iPad to new and existing points of sale and expands Apple's focus with the third party channel sales teams. Coordinates and Supervise above the line marketing activities and initiatives with the reseller/carrier ensuring compliance and appropriate use of Apple creative assets provided by Apple Marketing teams. Coordinates Apple support functions to resolve day-to-day trading issues in the account. Works with the partners and top third party resellers identify the needs for training and works with Apple internal teams to deliver that timely and efficiently, also improving processes and tools to ensure inventory. Acts as an ambassador of the Apple brand and oversees the merchandising and operations of reseller store floor in order to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Analyzes competition information, understands its investments, strategies and commercial offers. Also analyzing information provided by tools and processes (mystery shopping), identifies channel gaps and drives fixes accordingly. Performs assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, inventory reporting, maintaining files, information, and forms. Must develop status reports, establish schedules and attend meetings with internal staff. Must analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily basis (as the need arises).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Proficient in English and Spanish.
