Apple’s channel partners account for a considerable proportion of sales in Europe and the need to work in concert with them is becoming ever more critical. Apple is looking for a Partner Communications Manager to be responsible for Apple communications developed by our key partners in Germany. The Partner Communications Manager will shape how Apple shows up within our partners' physical and digital environments. They will drive innovative partner-led marketing strategies and outstanding communications that feature Apple products or services. This role requires extensive collaboration across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners. Heavy emphasis will be placed on senior relationship management (up to C suite) to drive extraordinary marketing and communications solutions in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. This person will work closely with the Channel Marcom team to implement WW campaigns and develop surrounding programs to help drive awareness, consideration and sales. This position will also work closely with the EMEA Sales organization to understand the business dynamics, which may influence our marketing communication's strategies and execution. Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in brand/marketing communications, from strategy to execution and analysis of results.
  • Demonstrated depth of experience with integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
  • Passion for great work, ability to influence both internal and external partners to drive the work forward.
  • Experience working with and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be used to deliver the most appealing product experience throughout the customer journey.
  • A highly, detail-oriented team player with proven persuasive/negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both in German and English
  • Strong inclusive leadership skills and the ability to develop talent and lead a culture of collaboration.
  • The ideal candidate is self motivated and flexible, and possesses the skills required to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with key German partners representing Apple Marketing Communications and executing extraordinary marketing communications campaigns in the local market. Specific Responsibilities Include: Work closely with partners and internal Apple teams to build strong partner strategies and drive the communication planning and campaign execution. Drive the very best creative work for Apple products and services within our partner’s comms plans/ platforms. Drive partner planning and execution of Apple product launches and campaigns. Ensure timely and flawless development of all Apple-led partner communications as well as all partner-led communications. Represent Apple marketing guidelines and programs and manage the day-to-day reviews and approvals of product and tactical marketing communications. Develop a keen understanding of the Apple brand, the partner’s brand and the market dynamics to be able to deliver insights and influence the development of futures campaigns.
