Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Canada Channel Sales Programs (CSP) team is part of the Sales Planning and Operations group. Globally, the CSP team’s members serve as cross-functional drivers of, and guides in, how Apple’s customers experience Apple products and services in channel-partner stores. We are looking for an experienced project manager with a passion for merchandising, who will drive projects and own outcomes within a specific route-to-market portfolio. Successful CSP team members drive impact through effective collaboration, strong project management, creative problem solving and flawless execution of project deliverables. A route-to-market manager on the Canada CSP team is the internal champion and cross-functional resource for all active projects and ongoing sustaining activities within their portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to: - fixture deployment activities (status, budget tracking, forecasting & demand planning); - merchandising changes and new product implementations; - partner/vendor relationship and communications management; - point-of-sale level landscape detail; - internal communications, dash-boarding and leadership reporting This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this capacity, you will: - Be the internal champion and cross-functional resource for all active projects and ongoing sustaining activities within the reseller route-to-market (includes consumer electronics, mass merchant, club); a) You will review the Demand Generation program with local team to ensure it has been accepted and executed in the field, work with training resources to ensure adequate levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner; review the efficiency and relevance of the Store Merchandising and Mystery Shopping exercises; b)influence, track and report on all partner-led merchandising executions; c)become an expert on the Apple customer journey in reseller channel partner stores; d) maintain a close relationship with our channel partners and our internal account teams to share partner specific updates and maintain accurate and detailed partner landscape data; - participate in the management, and drive the communication and execution of Apple product launches and merchandising changes; - manage projects through the full project lifecycle by creating and maintaining project plans (including work-back schedule, budget, risk and debrief); - maintain direct working relationships with Apple’s external vendor partners in the areas of fixture deployment, fixture maintenance, merchandising element production/distribution, and third-party merchandising / audit services; - work cross-functionally with internal teams and procurement on vendor RFPs; - occasionally participate in user acceptance testing of new tools and existing tool updates; - provide timely and accurate project updates to ensure key stakeholder and leaders are fully informed of project status; - role model and advocate for the company’s values and principles; - perform other duties as assigned; - be required to travel locally/domestically (10%) and internationally (5%)

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience is required. - Previous project management experience in an agile environment preferred. - User experience with Apple hardware and software products is preferred. - Detailed knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape is preferred.
