We are looking for a Learning Program Manager with experience in creating and implementing advertising product learning content. You will work with internal product experts, instructional designers and regional instructors to implement learning programs for retention and adoption. You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales/account management training experience in B2B, tech or other knowledge intensive field
  • Experience developing sales training curriculum for search, media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
  • Experience leading front of the room trainings as well as incorporating eLearning for product curriculum across sales and account management teams
  • Proficient in the underlying foundation of instructional design, adult learning, and using the A.D.D.I.E. model to project manage content creation - excellent project management skills a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, capacity to adapt to changing priorities and cut through ambiguity
  • Active collaborator who engages with partners to make work better through an iterative approach
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized, methodical, and excellent communicator are crucial
  • Comfortable working closely with high-level executives and key partners
  • Experience in the mobile app space, search and/or performance marketing along with start-up experience is preferred


- Work closely with learning & development and leadership to create and implement blended learning curriculum, including instructor led, eLearning and resources - Support new product launches with training plans to increase client adoption - Create product training content to drive improved sales performance within regional sales teams - Conduct training sessions to advance both technical and client engagement excellence - Work closely with product subject matter experts and champions to execute consistent and highly-effective resources - Manage and facilitate onboarding training for regional new hires - Integrate scorecard system and staff rotation program to assess training material quality and delivery effectiveness - Maintain strategic dashboards and reports in project management system to highlight key insights in your area of responsibility - Drive multiple projects at once to ensure continuity of work during content reviews - Challenge learner understanding through meaningful activities and assessments to achieve learning outcomes - Work with instructional designers to apply Apple standards to produce training deliverables in a friendly and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand - Coordinate with localization team to ensure regional content is translated and localized in a timely and accurate manner
