The In-Region Product Design Engineering Program Management (PDEPM) group is proactively searching for new team members who could be willing to take the challenges and ready to fulfill the demands from multiple programs.
The team is highly result oriented and working on exciting new product development of Apple. You will be directly work with both in-region and US based EPM/PDs, co-work with EE, RF, Reliability, TPM team and also our Contract Manufacturing partners to handle all the PD related issues or risk observed in engineering development cycles to deliver the great Apple products
Key Qualifications
- Mechanical background is required
- More than 3 years consumer electronics product experience
- Multiple tasks management skill, flexible during times of change
- Experience of managing OEM/ODM vendors
- Good English skill on both writing and speaking
- Willing to be travel both domestic and international
Description
- Work with PDs to drive DOEs in factory with CM’s PDs, including make details DOE plan, coordinate all cross function team for DOE execution, collect DOE data and do the first level analysis
- Communicate with CPTO and In-Region PDs to solve on-line issue during build and implement the corrective actions in factory
- Build special instruction owner, collect PD’s requests, determine stuffing policy with cross function team, including system EPM, TPM
- Close monitor NPI build status, coordinate urgent change with PD, system EPM, factory
- Co-work with US counterpart maintain build matrix and manage daily build status for key enclosure parts
- PD lab management and maintain

Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experiences
