We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Accounting and Apple TV+ Finance teams. The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organized, optimally prioritize multiple pressing matters, work under minimal supervision, and take initiative. Duties include, but are not limited to, procuring goods and services, generating reports, calendar management, ordering and managing inventory, and event and space planning.

  • Ability to work both autonomously on assignments and collaboratively with other admins.
  • Ability to work on assignments of moderate difficultly, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and programs is a plus — such as iCal, Keynote and Numbers (or MS equivalents).
  • Have the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of the team.
  • The ability to work optimally in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is essential.

Description

This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to both Corporate Accounting (in Cupertino) and Apple TV+ Finance (in Culver City). Day to day responsibilities would include: - Planning quarterly team events/special events for the teams. - Setting up meetings, managing calendars and conference room bookings. - Making travel arrangements, handling office space, and expense reports. - Maintaining order and organization to the assigned office areas, including ordering and stocking office supplies, maintenance for printers, and equipment ordering. - Working with facilities when needed to maintain a properly functioning office area. - Overseeing the systemic management of our independent auditors (e.g., provisioning building and system access).

Education & Experience

AA or equivalent experience

  • This role is based in Culver City, CA. It will require infrequent travel to the Cupertino, CA, where Corporate Accounting is located
