The Marcom Greater China team is part of the global Marketing Communications team at Apple who is responsible for all consumer facing communications. This includes advertising, apple.com, direct marketing, Apple retail, channel, packaging, video, corporate identity, and partner communications. This Seasonal Brand team is a critical part of our core business strategy, driving E-Commerce standards and digital innovation across multiples online platforms. In the role of Sr. Producer, you will drive key E-Commerce efforts on multiple online platforms in elevating overall customer experience, providing frictionless buy flow, and tackling key local buying moments. This role will require close collaboration with GC Marcom, WW/Geo functions and an external digital agency. Candidate for this position must have a strong track record of digital innovation, project management and execution across multiple E-Commerce platforms, such as online marketplace and owned territories. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans. A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences via digital is essential.

Key Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital agency, in-house marketing communications or E-Commerce department is preferred
  • E-Commerce/Social commerce experience is required
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, self-sufficient
  • Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies
  • Solid experience managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environments
  • Able to organize information quickly and summarize succinctly
  • Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity, and working under tight deadlines
  • Communicating effectively one-on-one and in large groups

Description

Drive creative and technical programs across a variety of 3rd party sites Write creative briefs and develop project schedules Work effectively with creative, cross-functional teams and external agencies Build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners Work closely with Retail Brand Lead and leadership to communicate status and risks Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various stakeholders Manage all aspects of digital production across Web/mobile applications and social platforms Deliver comprehensive product assets to key stakeholders and ensure quality of implementation

Education & Experience

Bachelor or above degrees in Advertising, Communications, E-Commerce, etc.
