Apple's WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at world-wide and regional levels.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the capabilities’ roadmap for digital transformation platforms within WW CSO. In this role, you will leverage your deep experience with product lifecycle management and omni-channel retail to optimize sales, marketing, people, and customer experience within the channel globally. You will partner cross-functionally and multi-directionally with a variety of stakeholders to lead the product lifecycle from ideation to development to post-launch improvements.
Key Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product management for enterprise-scale products
- Expertise with large-scale e-commerce and physical retail platform(s), including building digital performance KPI’s, performance marketing, and testing and optimization capabilities
- Broad proficiency in product management and design thinking techniques and tools (e.g. vision setting, PRDs, critical metrics, customer journey maps, product roadmaps, etc.)
- Solid understanding of the modern and emerging technology stack.
- Entrepreneurial approach with an ability to navigate ambiguity and focus on what matters most
- Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across business, operational, and technical partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
Description
In this role, you will:
- Drive towards a shared vision to build a scalable and secure technology product to enable digitalization of physical stores and enable key CX and Sales decisions
- Build a deep understanding of the target audience on the demand side (sales executives, business analysts, leadership, etc.) and on the supply side (engineering, data governance, technology partners, etc.).
- Create and maintain a capabilities’ roadmap aligned with future business goals and priorities
- Manage continuous prioritization of requests for new features and understand channel partner capabilities by partnering closely with GEO teams around the world
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal engineering teams on technology architecture, standardization, and curation for prioritized use-cases
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree (MBA) preferred
