Apple is seeking an entertainment marketing leader with a track record of building world-class innovative social communities to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading and launching high impact social title campaigns across our slate of genres; this includes responsibility across the entire marketing campaign strategy inclusive of creative direction as well as owned and earned distribution and a high degree of influence in paid. This person is an extraordinary leader who is highly plugged into the internet and popular culture. Key Qualifications

  • 10+years experience working within the Entertainment industry and/or highly consumer-centric brands with success in the social space.
  • You have led and launched unique and internet-breaking social title campaigns that drive big conversation. You’re experienced in defining creative and campaign strategy at a portfolio and title level across titles big and small that drive big impact (reach and engagement).
  • You’re proven in building and leading high impact teams in the social space to live and deliver on creative strategies and visions the build big conversations for brands and titles. You’re a strong mentor and can build a culture of innovation, impact, respect, learning, passion and great judgment.
  • You are dialed into the internet. Not just in social platform standard processes and technical skills but into the principles and philosophies of what drives conversation, today, and can galvanize effectively.
  • Highly driven self-starter who is proactive, has a good sense of prioritization and ability to guide a team to move large amounts of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pioneering Spirit and highly collaborative-loves working with others and isn’t afraid to lead or follow or to take thoughtful risks and judgement calls to push high impact work forward.

Responsible for leading and launching high impact social title campaigns across our slate of sci-fi, drama, kids; this includes responsibility across the entire marketing campaign strategy inclusive of creative direction as well as owned and earned distribution and a high degree of influence in paid. Responsible for the full suite of social content to support a title across the social ecosystem for the duration of a campaign, both planned and reactive. Build and lead a highly effective and collaborative team of social experts to deliver on the ecosystem strategy and title support. Responsible for managing talent and creative relationships. Drive the social programming, creative and editorial strategies for sci-fi and drama genres together with the AppleTV+ Social Brand team. Responsible to shepherd the social brand voice and consistency across all social efforts (internally and externally with agencies) and cross-functionally among marketing and creative teams. Define and manage a social tastemaker and influencer strategy that both amplifies and generates innovative opportunities for social content programming and scale. Build successful and collaborative cross-functional relationships that build strategic and impactful partnership across marketing, PR, creative, programming, paid, legal and relevant teams. Use business insights as well as internal and external social analytics to inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation. Define and drive a successful community management strategy for ATV+channels. Drive innovation, social strategies and standards cross-functionally. Develope and report against key performance indicators and success metrics in order to drive the business. Monitor competitor activity and ensuring brand safety. Work with marketing teams across the business to educate and integrate social media with all marketing efforts. Develope content marketing and distribution strategies with key partners. Work with the central Apple Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment with company-wide best approaches and policies.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA or relevant graduate work a plus.
