Join Apple as a Senior Software Engineer for iCloud Products and play a pivotal role in elevating our product services. Your mission will involve conducting thorough analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed standards in scalability, reliability, and resource optimization. Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in enhancing the performance of large-scale cloud services, with a keen grasp of the challenges of scaling cloud-based systems.
  • Knowledge in micro-services architecture, caching strategies, data modeling, data flow and API design, and development.
  • Practical experience with observability tools for platforms, facilitating comprehensive service performance insights to guide optimization efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self starter and a self organizer, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capable of accurately presenting complex concepts in a simple manner to diverse teams.
  • Deep practical knowledge of multi-threaded programming.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as Cassandra, is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies independently.
  • Skilled in planning and managing project execution.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
