As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting acts as the ambassadors of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both our internal business partners and candidates.

Description

You will provide strategic and tactical Recruiting partnership by demonstrating your experience in the following areas: Business Acumen: Ensure a depth of understanding of organizations supported, including key business functions and processes. Business Partnership: Drive, Advocate, educate, and influence business partners’ adoption of Apple’s recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy. Functional Knowledge: Draw from prior recruiting experience to craft effective strategies and tactics across the recruiting lifecycle, from planning to offer stage. People Leadership: Set strategy and manage team resources to effectively deliver on business goals and hiring targets. People Development: Coach and mentor where appropriate, to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals. Inclusion & Diversity: Implement solutions that drive an inclusive recruitment experience to better surface key talent from underrepresented communities. Performance Management: Regularly review Recruiting key performance metrics, correcting course as necessary. Project Management: Effectively lead project teams and drive project results in a range of recruiting-related areas including sourcing, assessment, inclusion & diversity, and events & partnerships. Cross-team collaboration: Build and maintain strong internal relationships to develop effective strategies with the perspectives of all relevant internal colleagues in mind. Culture: Develop knowledge and skills to be able to reinforce the Apple culture with leaders and employees and to assess cultural attributes in candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years overall Recruiting experience, preferably within a technology, digital, and/or media environment.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading recruiting professionals.
  • Proven track record in hiring and developing top recruiting talent
  • Deep knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, networking, interviewing, assessment, and offer.
  • Positive relationship and influencing skills, particularly with business partners at the executive and leadership level.
  • Highly collaborative style, with a proven track record of effectively partnering with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Outstanding organization skills, with the ability to react with flexibility and speed, shifting individual and/or team focus and resources in response to new or changing business priorities.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from the business to anticipate and plan for areas of future hiring focus.
