Business Development and New Initiative Manager - App Store, Korea

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join the Business Development and New Initiatives team and help support the growth of the App Store business. As a key individual on the App Store Business Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with actionable business insights and forward-looking analysis. You will prioritize and track the impact of various business activities, as well as assessing the financial and strategic opportunities associated with proposed product, policy and partnership initiatives. You will report to the Head of App Store in Korea.
This position is based in Seoul.
Act as a key driver in defining and executing growth strategy for the App Store
Define and measure progress towards business goals
Support the ideation, pitch and launch of new business initiatives and revenue lines
Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to understand the operational and resource requirements of new initiatives and build consensus with necessary partners
Build and maintain close relationships with external key partners to grow their business on the App Store
- 8+ years of relevant experience at a premier management consulting firm or corporate strategy team or business intelligence team, ideally also with background in business development with a focus in the technology space
- Deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem with a strong understanding of monetization
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop great presentations and present them to a variety of audiences, including senior executives
- Great project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and an acute attention to detail
- Integrity, a sense of humor and excellent interpersonal skills
