We are looking for a multifaceted, highly motivated Marketing & Growth Lead with a subscription marketing and leadership background to join our Services team for App Store and Apple Media Products – including Apple Music, Apple TV+ and iCloud – across India.
You will be leading a team of marketers, as well as driving product adoption, engagement and retention across a variety of subscription businesses. You’ll make sure our marketing programmes are executed to the highest standards and with the maximum effect, focusing on our owned and partner channels as key drivers for growth.

This position is located in Mumbai, India.
- Manage a team of experienced Marketing Managers who work across the Indian region
- Define the marketing strategy for India, balancing global and local priorities
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with other globally-recognized or locally-relevant brands
- Manage the marketing mix for the region with a strong focus on driving long-term growth in a subscription business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans founded in best practices and upholding the Apple brand
- Build successful relationships with peers and colleagues up to the executive level at Apple, across numerous international locations
- Understand the Apple brand and our products in-depth
- 20+ years of marketing experience, ideally across entertainment and/or subscription brands
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and be very hands-on with programmes and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the partner and digital content landscape in India.
- Experience building impactful marketing campaigns across partner marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, social media, and/or consumer activation.
- Proven expertise in project management skills, to collaborate with multiple partners, prioritise high-impact activities, and keep sophisticated projects moving forward.
- Ability to define data-driven marketing strategies for digital content businesses at different stages of development to deliver long-term growth
- Internal and external networking skills with the capacity to build strong ties to cross-functional stakeholders and C-level partners across multiple different businesses
- Excellent management skills: setting goals, driving performance, and developing a collaborative team
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to clearly present business and marketing insights to senior leadership
- Self-directed, extraordinarily driven, highly adaptable attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see and communicate the bigger picture
- A proven track record working on large-scale global projects with varying levels of complexity
- Passion for and understanding of the Apple brand and products
