Our mission is to enable Apple sales today and tomorrow through a platform of global financing partners and world-class innovative financial products. This position is responsible for building, managing and enabling B2B and B2C programs in India, identifying and driving new initiatives to grow AFSʼ financing volume and aligning with Apple’s sales teams, other functional internal groups, channel and carrier partners and also Apple Online and Retail Stores. A highly fast paced role with the feel of a startup environment that will help enable sales through industry leading partners and financial structuring.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in business development and program execution in either the financial services industry or sales roles, leading teams/projects across multiple countries
  • An understanding of global financing practices and country specific legal/regulatory environments is critical
  • Proven track record of structuring financing program agreements with major financial institutions and FinTech’s on a worldwide basis
  • Experience with alternative credit scoring algorithms and payment methods
  • Extensive knowledge of financial solutions including but not limited to leasing, financing, subscription, pay as you go, rental, forward trade-in
  • Experience integrating financing programs with third-party resellers and managing the upgrade cycle for B2B and B2C customers
  • Ability to work with product and services sales teams, with a view towards sales enablement while maintaining profitability and risk control
  • Strong financial and analytical skills is a must
  • Experience with credit card installments and managing issuers
  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams and constituency groups on a worldwide basis will be key
  • Excellent communication, people and project management skills are crucial as is the ability to influence and perform the role of financing program ambassador at all times
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally a minimum of 30%


We are seeking a high energy financial services professional to lead business development and program management for Apple Financial Services in India. You will be responsible for leading, creating and delivering executive-critical initiatives to build and expand AFS' impact globally. Daily proactive discussions with AFS financing partners and channel partners are a necessity, consistently working to build and improve AFS’ infrastructure to further integrate AFS into Apple’s strategy and go-to-market as well as supporting creative financing solutions to complex sales challenges. Your ability to influence Apple’s financing partners to engage with AFS and develop, implement, and run programs with channel and carrier partners is key. Executive presence is crucial as you will be responsible for presenting to senior leaders within Apple and its partners. By developing a positive relationship with AFS’ financing partners, Apple’s sales teams and channel partners and Apple Online/Retail you will: - Help enable sales of Apple product and services and increase AFS’ global financing volume - Develop, propose and run financing/leasing or other programs with financing partners and channel partners - Ensure consistent global capabilities of AFS financing partners across 30 countries to ensure an excellent customer service experience and maintain a constructive relationship with all third-party partners - Managing relationships with financing partners - Identify and understand challenges faced by sales teams and channel partners to effectively capture attention and increase Apple’s and AFS penetration - Take ownership for partner relationships and work effectively with other teams to ensure excellent execution on all AFS channel programs - Lead financing partner selection for Apple Online/Retail - Improve efficiency of financing partners processes - Develop business models that scale

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university is required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience, including MBA or JD preferred.
