The People Services and Technology team is looking for an experienced People Process Analyst to partner with our People teams in driving process simplification, optimization, and standardization. The candidate will have deep process re-engineering experience and be self-directed, motivated and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. You should also have strong analytical and project management skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

Description

Deep experience in the HR domain and well-versed in driving process improvement initiatives including the creation of detailed process maps and supervising qualitative and quantitative metrics that demonstrate process effectiveness. Assist in validating processes with partners and participate in establishing governance and standards to ensure that objectives are achieved, and risks are mitigated. Define broader business drivers to map business needs to process and create functional solution design. Support the writing or editing of formal business requirements or process design documents for projects/enhancements. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to find opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes and structure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of process design experience; People process design preferred
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvement.
  • Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining People processes, Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Experience optimizing global People processes preferred. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
  • Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases, Act as a liaison between the Business and technology partners to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed technology solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting. Demonstrated experience supporting process design workshops with global partners.
  • Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
