The SC&SS is responsible for providing a main part of these key elements for Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Description

A professional with several years of experience, preferably from a sales or/and legal support environment. You will oversee and successfully land in country part of programs associated with sales contracts/systems, as defined at EMEIA level, supporting sales teams in region with: - Contract Database Update: Ensuring the creation, sending and following of contracts (Resellers and Distributors) using internal tools and also maintaining reseller data accuracy. Working with various partners (Sales, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Communication managers). - Taking the lead on the publication of the Apple products price lists on Apple Sales Web (Apple tool) on timely and accurate way (new products launch, price modification). - Main point of contact between European teams and local teams on the term sheet process, tracking list signature, … - Manage access to different tools. - Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all new contract and contract change requests requested by various stakeholders (i.e. sales, legal, finance, as well as sales support). - Supporting the central contracts team where possible, capturing and documenting contract operations processes - as well as ensuring local solutions or procedures are scaled across the region when appropriate. - Ensuring group structures of channel customers to be covered by the relevant contract structure (i. e. Affiliate addendum). - Proactively manage all POS Data in GMACC for all authorised Apple Channel Customers by building networks with Account Mgrs, Customer contacts and Sell-Through-Capture Specialists. - Contributing to cross functional teams in particular leading & delivering projects that are sales data led, developing and executing the project plans, defining the scope, scheduling and delivering. - Supporting the sales business processes team with new and existing systems, or tools which support sales - this may include business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, subsequent roll-out and training and shaping the local needs and requirements. - Actively contributing to process developments and improvements of existing sales systems. - SPOC for all contract and Pos master data related topics in IT/ES/PT
