Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. This role is responsible for the management and administration of sales contracts with Japan and Korea customers. In this role you will be working with Sales to ensure timely execution and processing of the contracts in alignment with Sox, Internal Audit and Worldwide Channel Compliance governance. This requires a dynamic approach to the accurate documentation and maintenance of contract customer records in various system tools, as well as flexible online support to external customers as necessary. As preparation of contract documents, you will be working with internal partners to have an appropriate understanding of business background and to contribute to contract document localization processes.

必要なスキルと能力

  • At least 3 years experience preferably in contract administration or other high volume operational support environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, preferably trilingual (English, Japanese and Korean)
  • Excellent social skills with ability to influence and lead others
  • Highly organized and deeply detail oriented
  • Have commercial acumen adept at problem identification and solving including ability to risk assess and make informed decisions
  • Ability to handle the workload amidst multiple deadline driven projects
  • Positive can-do work attitude, tenacious and ability to work as a team
  • Customer Service oriented
  • IT Savvy

You will: - Collaborate with Sales and other key partners to ensure timely execution of the appropriate contracts with customers - Ensure proper and accurate maintenance of the contracts and customers records in various system tools in accordance to established governance - Perform the necessary due diligence checks on the customers - Be responsible and accountable for various system tools contract customers data integrity and required reporting - Perform system tools testing and drive process mapping - Lead and support global and regional initiatives as assigned including representing the team for audits - Actively identify and initiate processes to mitigate control weaknesses and improve team productivity and efficiency - Exercise independent discernment and discretion to resolve business and contracting issues with timely and appropriate reporting or escalation as required

学歴・経験

BA/BS degree or above preferred, but if you have hands-on experience, you are also invited to apply
