The Leadership Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring we identify, assess and hire exceptional Internal and External Leadership talent into our Retail stores. Experts in building credible and impactful relationships with key stakeholder partners and supporting partners in Global Mobility, Global Retail Training and Talent Development. The Talent Acquisition Manager is deeply customer focused, and works in both current and future state situations, in order to meet changing and evolving business needs. Responsible for leading innovative and efficient hiring strategies, implementing recruitment plans and delivering on an exceptional candidate experience. This role meets business demands by flexing an agile service delivery model.

Manage the internal and external acquisition journey for Leadership talent Champion and protect an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring 
process Support the development of an internal hiring culture through a strategic partnership with the Talent Development team, collaborating on Talent Mapping and supporting internal moves and transfers. Work with the Leadership Sourcer in generating a regular cadence of sourcing and screening activity Work side-by-side with the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure the timely onboarding of candidates. Manage Leadership requisitions Partner with the Talent Acquisition Leader, providing regular and timely updates on progress towards hiring targets and milestones. Early identification of areas of risk and proactive recommendations for risk mitigation. Proposing adaptive strategies where we need to course-correct. Strategise and plan 
immediate and long term talent needs; including NSO's and remodels Drive and maintain candidate pipeline and readiness Leverage Retail Credo and role-specific competencies in talent decisions Measure performance through weekly reporting and analytics of headcount changes, in 
order to support Talent decisions in the market, and drive continuous improvement Join business calls, meetings and communications, to stay informed of business 
priorities Build and maintain strong relationships and strive for timely and impactful communication 
for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners Act as a consultant to field leadership to ensure effective hiring plans are developed, 
events and interviews are supported, and feedback is solicited to maintain candidate 
journey and meet hiring needs. Drive readiness in the business to explore new approaches to talent acquisition, and hire 
from increasingly Diverse talent pools Educate field leadership on available systems, tools, and processes to ensure effective 
hiring results and a positive candidate journey

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree and Manager level or 5-7 years’ equivalent recruiting experience

  • Comfortable with a rapid pace of work and comfortable with changing priorities
  • A self-starter and independent thinker, able to work under their own initiative. You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs
  • Must be fluent in English and Japanese.
