Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it In this role, you will be responsible for managing and partnering with our Relocation Management Company (RMC) to ensure a quality people and business experience. The role will be focused on ensuring our programs are executed on by our RMC globally in line with Apple’s standards across all move types which includes new and existing talent, short mid and long term roles both internationally and domestically. This position is based on site in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Successful track record with relocation vendor management and ability to partner with all levels of contacts (relocating candidates and employees, the Talent Mobility team, HR, Recruiting, Business leaders, etc.)
  • Minimum of 8, and up to 12, years of experience at a multinational company in managing service delivery through providers and supporting overall candidate and/or employee experiences
  • Collectively design and ensure execution of all RMC people relocation operational activities as well as define and drive the implementation of continuous procedural improvements
  • Ability to recommend service delivery improvements and solutions to global support teams by using sophisticated data visualizations and other presentation resources
  • Identify business trends and develop innovative initiatives to support the employee experience
  • Advanced business presentation skills
  • Personal international work experience is a significant advantage
  • Experience with Mac OS and iWork productivity suite


We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and driven HR professional with in-depth RMC and Talent Mobility experiences to join the best in class, worldwide Mobility team. You will have a considerable track record realizing continuous improvement and efficiency of an RMC’s service delivery and be an ambitious, innovative individual recognized for strong communication and analytical skills. You will thrive in dynamic and challenging environments, bringing your broad vendor management experiences to the team. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE: Collaboration: Deep collaboration and alignment with all clients (which includes the internal team) and partners in designing, communicating and managing an RMC’s execution of Apple’s relocation program. People Experience: Manage the relocation people process through the RMC, by ensuring stellar service delivery that considers the total people experience including immigration and tax (not direct management of these vendors but ensuring integration when appropriate). Additionally serving as a relocating candidate and/or employee advocate, leading critical issues and experience improvements. Project Management: Collaboratively develop, scope, lead and drive multiple, global RMC projects and initiatives that result in measurable process improvements that benefit our relocating people and our business. Business Partner: Able to understand various business line nuances, market complexities, budget considerations, etc. when working with internal partners (internal mobility team, Recruiting, BHR, etc) when executing and implementing a relocation policy and experience through an RMC. Communication: Able to develop and administer regular, clear and agile communications to partners and the RMC workforce through email, trainings and 1:1s. Critical thinking: Able to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and provide innovative, flexible solutions to complex and unique problems and communicate them in a digestible and executive summary way for various levels of leadership, partners and the RMC. Internal and External Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate and grow deep professional, collaborative and consultative relationships all around.

Education & Experience

Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required.
