If you exemplify our values and want to be part of something big, contact us today. We are looking for Senior Credit Analyst with meaningful knowledge, skills and passion for credit. Apple’s Senior Credit Analysts are responsible for portfolios of customer credit lines and consequently the position also requires strong credit analysis skills, a hands-on approach towards detailed credit analysis, and extraordinary interpersonal skills for communication within the Credit team, with our customers, Sales leaders and the broader Finance Team.

必要なスキルと能力

  • Minimum 5 years of forward-thinking commercial credit and risk assessment experience
  • Direct credit analysis, scoring, and underwriting in a commercial bank or large multinational in the technology sector is preferred
  • Ability to quickly understand financial documents, use Excel based models, credit rating agencies and other third party research
  • Ability to effectively articulate risks and mitigating factors for high risk accounts, including both financial and qualitative analysis
  • Strong writing that succinctly articulate credit analysis, customer relationship and recommended actions
  • Well-versed in customer contract credit language, credit risk mitigation structures and implementation (e.g. collateral, credit insurance, bank support, parent support, etc.)
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal direct supervision, reliable discernment, and using deductive and inductive reasoning to resolve a variety of highly complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Ability to influence while working in a cooperative team environment
  • Confirmed and deep understanding of how credit fits within the broader finance and business operations
  • Customer focus with strong customer relationship competency
  • English and Korean business language proficiency is required. Japanese and Chinese proficiency is a plus

- Meet customers on a regular basis to assess performance and credit worthiness - Analyze information to establish credit limits to facilitate sales while limiting losses - Prepare periodic credit reviews and bad debt reserve analysis and reporting - Monitor changes in economic, industry, and customer conditions and maintain communication with various business divisions to evaluate potential changes to customers' credit worthiness and credit limits - Make recommendations to mitigate risk when needed - Manage security and collateral process and documentation as needed - Assist Collection team in resolving customer late payments - Maintain financial data and analysis on customers in the portfolio - Manage bad debt workouts if needed - Build strong relationship with work partners in Sales Finance, Sales, Operations, Global Finance Shared Service

学歴・経験

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting required, MBA and/or bank credit training is a strong plus English and Korean business language proficiency is required. Japanese and Chinese proficiency is a plus
