We have an open position for an enthusiastic, motivated Regional Learning Leader to join our team. You would be responsible for managing the Regional Learning Team operation, strategizing learning solution and implementation, and coordinating internal and external learning activities and communications.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years in learning management, defining and executing training and coaching strategy
  • Familiar with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques, design framework and learning evaluation, coaching techniques and framework
  • Experience with learning management systems, content management and reporting structure
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadline with numerous projects on hand
  • Experience in developing talents through effective coaching, management skill and professional knowledge
  • Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders on learning behaviors and principles in order to provide best in class learning experience
  • Strict adherence to company policy on confidential materials
  • Strong data analytic skill, identifying trends and reporting results


Work with the regional directors/business owners to identify the contact center specific learning needs, execute on regional learning strategy design & implementation and organizational development initiatives Manage in-region learning team operation Provide guidance to the design, development and production of training materials and contents to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of training programs Provide staffing, talent planning and leadership to a team of trainers and coaches in professional development and day to day operational logistics Liaise between key stakeholders to secure resources and ensure smooth execution in providing regional learning solutions Serve as champion for improvement and inspire innovation and creativity in learning solution, learning technology Partner with vendor managers in tailoring learning solutions suitable for the operation of sourcing vendors Act as primary point of contact for regional learning needs, partner with WW strategy team, Retail Learning Development team and regional learning teams, lead regional learning strategy communication, coordination and implementation, to ensure successful project and program creation and implementation.  Manage discovery center hardwares and learning programs Champion for best practice and knowledge sharing among learning partners to strive for innovation and consistency Effectively manage learning reporting and evaluation for business reviews

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Coaching/Training Qualification would be advantageous
