Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in reseller management or consumer sales related fields
  • Working experience in e-commerce or sales functions a plus
  • Ability to analyze data & extract insights
  • Keen to catch digital & e-commerce trend
  • Passion for consumer electronics and the opportunities technology creates
  • Commercial attitude
  • Outstanding knowledge of the consumer electronics market and a deep understanding and passion for Apple products
  • Excellent preparation, presentation and training skills.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve goals
  • The ability to build consensus throughout multiple levels of organizations, and be adept at developing relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work in a complex environment

Description

Consumer Reseller Online Account Manager supports consumer business focusing on our reseller business. An Account Manager develops a positive relationship with our partners and operate as a strategic thinker for the client. Details for this role is described below: - Meet target sales goals in Consumer reseller channel - Plan & Execute e-commerce marketing to drive e-commerce revenue - Conduct CPFR and PSI management to optimize sales plan - Manage the relationship with key accounts and online sites to achieve short and long term goals - Negotiate and plan sales programs, work with partners to execute these programs effectively - Ensure that partners stay in sync with Apple guidelines and are properly authorized - Influence a strong engagement of internal and external teams to drive online sales and deliver decent consumer experiences - Devise effective demand generation programs with partners - Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and reporting - Collaborate internally with cross functional teams - Maintain regular contact with Apple Operations to ensure smooth order and delivery process - Ensure the partner sties and apps are displayed accurately according to guidelines - Implement and deliver Apple directed initiatives and leverage Apple strategies and programs - Arrange and conduct Quarterly Reviews to discuss the performance of the store and plans for growth

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree preferred
