An exciting opportunity has arisen within the EMEIA Reseller Operations Shared Services Team for an order management specialist. This role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and evolving environment and who have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about systems and process improvements.

Manage the order-to-shipping process, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs Delivery issue prevention and resolution Query handling and prevention Collaborate with planning teams to ensure earliest possible fulfilment for orders Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives. SOX and audit controls

Education & Experience

A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage
