We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of taking initiative in the identification and resolution of process improvements. You will be comfortable sharing knowledge and feedback with a broad audience. You will represent our team in project teams, and build executive communications for senior management. Analytical ability is also key in this role. You will work with large sets of data to identify trends and issues within the transportation business and presenter your findings to leadership. You will be a key contributor to our philosophy of continuous change and improvement. Be the primary point of contact for various teams (Online, Retail, Reseller & AppleCare) for troubleshooting queries related to transportation and supply chain exceptions Collaborate with Apple’s internal supply chain transportation teams, as well as external business partners, to own and deliver a fast, effective resolution process for shipment exceptions Maintain a continuous focus on robust controls & monitoring systems to ensure excellence in execution Seek out continuous improvement opportunities for all Supply Chain processes, working with other departments to influence & implement change Support the identification & elimination of manual touch points, streamline & automate transactional activity

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

Masters/Bachelors degree in a relevant field. You need a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including analytical, modelling and data leadership skills.
