We grow Apple’s business by partnering with our enterprise, education and channel sales teams as well as resellers, partners and carriers. As part of the regional Business Process Re-engineering team (BPR), and broader WW BPR group, the regional change manager will focus on the people side of change including business processes, and systems and technologies impacting the Sales teams in Canada. Partnering with the global change team, you will develop and implement change strategies to help teams in region maximize adoption of new solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across Sales in Canada. Please Note: This is a 12-month limited term position.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading change management strategy, methodologies, and implementation for Sales or Sales Operations teams.
  • Experience in Sales process transformation and CRM products such as Salesforce (i.e., lead and campaigns, pipeline, account planning, forecast and partner portal)
  • Strong understanding of how people journey through change, as well as the change process
  • Flexibility to work in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments supporting other cross program workstreams with a strong attention to detail
  • Expertise leading cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive consensus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to quickly establish and maintain trust, credibility and to build strong relationships
  • Experience developing communications and training material
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts managing localized content needs
  • Organised with a natural inclination to operate at a strategic level and into operational/tactical detail when needed.
  • Ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Experience in managing internal, vendor, and consultant resources
  • Experience delivering large scale technology implementations, preferably Salesforce
  • PROSCI or similar certification is desired

Description

This role will liaise with cross functional teams including business, local and worldwide BPR leadership to lead change initiatives. Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption and changes required by projects and initiatives to be deployed in Canada - Assess change impacts in region by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key partners - Support the definition, provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training and communication programs, including localisation considerations - Identify, mitigate and proactively manage anticipated resistance, issues, and risks - Support and engage regional senior leaders and other key partners - Partner with regional leadership to develop and build a change network for key initiatives including the creation and maintenance of change champion groups - Facilitate sessions with that local change network to support adoption. - Consult and coach projects teams and team leads on the change process. - Integrate change management activities into project and program plans aligning with regional and global strategy. - Evaluate, monitor and ensure user readiness - Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and adoption.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or related subject area
