Description

• Co-ordination of NPI product launches across Reseller Operations • Oversee and provide feedback on supply allocation at NPI to ensure Sell Thru is maximised across all Reseller Partners • Executive updates to wider RO team and senior leadership • Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively • Strong partnership with multiple cross functional teams including Readiness, Logistics & SDX to ensure launch success • Own regional strategy and ensure that it aligns with global direction while driving efficiencies in-region • Provide timely notification to partner and leadership teams where course correction is required • Deliver results under deeply tight and high-pressure timelines in a highly ambiguous environment • Be the voice of Reseller Operations in Cross Functional NPI forums • Capture learnings and feedback from each product launch and continue to push for excellence • Analyse the root cause of issues, drive resolution and implement process improvements • Demonstrate agility to meet the challenges of Apple’s constantly evolving business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant years of industry experience
  • New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Development or Operations Engineering experience
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships; data-driven and willing to take action; enthusiastic and motivated; and detailed while managing several work-streams
  • Experience leading multiple projects dealing with competing priorities
  • Team oriented as well as being self-reliant and self-directed
  • Ability to manoeuvre through complex situations
  • Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution
  • Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and design improvement solutions

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - 3rd level degree in IT, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Maths, however, if you have relevant experience or similar field you are encouraged to apply
  • Significant years planning experience in any discipline (e.g. Contact Centre Planning, Project Planning, Sales & Ops Planning etc.)
  • Experience in leading cross functional projects
  • Comfortable with analysing data
