Program Manager – Retail Online & Store Readiness - Retail Fulfilment Operations
The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide cutting-edge innovation and operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. RFO transforms Retail Fulfilment (Retail Stores and Online Stores) into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers through Planning, Execution, and Strategic Programs.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with exceptional project management, communication and analytical abilities. In this role you be responsible for the planning and successful execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and other strategic programs for our Retail Online customers, in line with company strategy.
You will focus on supporting the growth of Apple’s products, routes to market, and critical operations initiatives. This role is highly visible, interacting with partners in operations and retail while networking across Apple’s organisation. The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position!
Lead the planning and execution of New Product Introductions and other strategic programs for our Retail Online customers across the EMEIA Retail Fulfilment Operations team, balancing company strategy and operational efficiency.
Ensure our Online & Retail stores are prepared for any affordability or promotion campaigns, upcoming new store openings and any known or adhoc supply chain challenges.
Scale from the detail to the higher more strategic perspective to ensure the best solutions are identified across all the partner teams.
Identify and evaluate operational risks, proactively working with internal teams to implement contingencies & mitigate risk to achieving goals.
Influence key partners and stitch across teams both within the EMEIA region and worldwide to amplify the “Voice of the Customer”.
Actively share updates to leadership team and ensure all deliverables / dependencies are communicated timely & effectively.
Implementation of launch strategies across 100+ EMEA AOS and Retail countries including setup & testing of online customer lead time commits, master data configuration and development of execution plans to manage end of life shipments.
Deliver process & system innovation as part of the post program reviews. Leverage partnerships with the Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Data Science & Advanced Analytics teams to achieve this.
- Experience in program / project management with ability to build and manage project plans, timelines and risks effectively.
- A team player with a “hands-on” and “can do” attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership. Being able to work effectively with other teams and taking them along for the journey is critical.
- Confidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Supply Chain & with SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA.
- Passion for innovation and enhancing the customer experience.
- Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and application to supply chain use cases for strategic business impact.
