We’re looking for a seasoned Content Strategist to shape and lead our ever-evolving content experiences. The ideal candidate has a track record of creating compelling digital experiences that serve and support customers. You can articulate a strategy based on data and research, and drive projects toward your vision. You work well on a cross-functional team, can advocate for your ideas, and can influence without control. You know how and why the small things — a word choice, an image, even an empty space — can make a big impact.

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience working in digital content creation, strategy, and/or related fields
  • Experience using key metrics and research to make decisions
  • Experience influencing partners, driving consensus, and completing projects with a cross-functional team
  • Experience with technical support and troubleshooting content
  • Knowledge of evolving technologies and their impact on content
  • Ability to thrive in high pressure environments, under tight timelines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail

Description

In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with Retail, Marcom, and other teams across Apple to create new content experiences that promote digital support at strategic moments. You’ll form intuitive and friendly customer journeys, with attention to links and content hierarchy, localization, and UX writing principles. Additional responsibilities include: - Map our content journey, with special attention to entry points and customer success - Work cross-functionally with Retail and Marcom content teams to nurture a smooth content experience for customers during new product introductions and sustaining marketing campaigns - Reimagine existing content experiences, prioritizing business goals and metrics, and then use strong program management and influence to bring them to market - Combine data analysis and creative thinking to optimize content, synthesizing requests and inputs from a variety of sources - Lead conversations with partners to find consensus and build timelines for content creation and change - Track key critical metrics to measure content efficiency and develop improvement plans as needed

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required, Masters Preferred
