We are looking for a highly motivated and self driven individual who will be responsible for driving multi-functional diagnostic development projects. This individual will have to drive the overall schedule of diagnostic projects from conceptualization to design to execution to deployment. They will be responsible for recognizing and communicating multi-functional issues and risks. They will have to work with engineering teams to develop requirements, drive implementation schedules, coordinate and drive fixes or mitigations for software issues as well as present the potential issues and their impact to field technician workflows and other impacted teams. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for working with a team of engineers to build highly scalable and available AppleCare Diagnostics tool set.

Description

In this role, you will be partnering with AppleCare Readiness teams and Diagnostic architects to understand and lead software and systems changes needed to support new hardware and software projects. Drive project implementation plans for diagnostic feature development and complete those plans with multi-functional engineering teams. Lead design review discussions and track design achievements and success criteria for each milestone. Coordinate program reviews and status updates on top engineering issues to all levels of management including high-level executives. This role will also involve leading validation of AppleCare diagnostic projects for new hardware and software releases while ensuring close inter-team coordination and end-to-end collaboration on the work. Overall the responsibility will be to ensure all engineering and technical aspects of AppleCare diagnostic programs are delivered in a timely manner.

Education & Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of experience in related occupation.
