Apple Sales Training is responsible for training, enabling, and motivating thousands of salespeople at Apple resellers in Latin America, including retailers, mobile carriers, and consumer electronics stores. We’re looking for a Training Content Manager who will manage the Sales Training content for the classroom, in-store, virtual and self-learning, make recommendations on content strategy, and develop content when needed. You’ll be editing, publishing, updating, retiring content based on the regional or worldwide guidance. You’ll understand the worldwide content plan, identify regional needs, and weave the inputs together into a compelling audience experience that engages, informs, and influences channel salespeople in the region. Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Training, sales experience is a plus
  • Proven English fluency is required, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus
  • Communications, training, or other content-consumption expertise, including strong storytelling skills and big-picture thinking
  • Skills to work across a complex matrix of stakeholders, with a track record of forming close partnerships with a variety of teams
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable and measurable training and communications
  • Experience with managing content across a variety of platforms, including social networks, web, apps, print, video and photography shoots, and more
  • Superior presentation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Self-driven to collaborate and seek feedback while driving toward a goal
  • Experience with Apple products and software
  • Experience working in a retail environment and background in educational theory, instructional design, curriculum creation, or marketing is a plus


What You’ll Do? Manage training digital assets such as content packages, presentation files, and facilitation guides, making them ready for consumption or delivery by our trainers, or moving them to historic storage Prioritize publishing for new product release training content for both classroom, virtual or self-learning platform Gather inputs on business needs and opportunities from operations, sales, marketing, and other partners, then synthesize inputs into a training and communications content plan Partner with the worldwide team, regional cross-functional teams, and content creators to develop content that uses technology to achieve learning objectives—including videos, interactive authoring, simulations, games, and more Plan content across a wide range of platforms—including app, web, on-the-job, virtual classroom, and classroom Use data and audience feedback to inform decisions about cadence, content types, content evolution, and more Promote content to the audience, stakeholders, and regional publishing teams to ensure that it’s leveraged and consumed

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferable
