We are looking for an experienced Channel Business Manager to accelerate business development opportunities with our Enterprise distributors and reseller partners in Brazil. Apple’s Enterprise customers are demanding new application suites, new workflows and new ways of thinking from their technology partners. Our reseller partners have a meaningful role to play in supporting this change and so you are passionate about developing partner capabilities beyond just selling the device.
- Proficient in sales operational responsibilities such as account management, account or territory planning, pipeline building, opportunity management and formal meetings such as quarterly business reviews.
- Manage relationship with Apple’s Enterprise Brazil key distribution channels
- Manage relationship with Apple’s Enterprise Brazil Resellers
- Lead hardware sales pipeline process with channels
- Understand and support channel in the hardware fulfillment process, from PO to delivery
- Increase Apple’s share in the resellers' trough creative levers and offerings
- Understand workplace channel ecosystem in Brazil
- Understand offer creation mechanics
- Analyze the distributors/channels sales results and build dashboards based on B2B critical metrics.
- Demonstrate a positive and approachable attitude.
- Your role is to understand and share our exceptionally deep product story, link it to our values and encourage our distributor and resellers to think and act differently. - You will identify and implement innovative business development and sales strategies to drive reseller growth and profitability by fully using the entire portfolio of Apple Products. - You will work closely with our key distributors and resellers to align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies to expand the adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Enterprise and B2B segments. - This role requires strong internal collaboration providing support to the reseller sales team where new Initiatives, Offers & Strategy will be executed, working with Marketing, Supply, Operations, and Finance to build, evaluate and execute plans.
Education & Experience
You know how to execute channel growth strategies for business customers. In your experience, you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future. You also have experience in deploying and managing programs and measuring important metrics. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
